Driving in to the High Five Tract you will notice the tall pines towering over the young pine plantations surrounding it. This mature stand of pine timber offers some diversity in the landscape and acts as a hub for wildlife travel. The main access road cutting through the middle will be the perfect spot for a deer stand and feeder. There was an old deer scrape and licking branches on one of the trails that had fresh tracks. Yes, they use the same branches year round. Deer and hog sign was everywhere so hunting will be great. There are a couple old oil/gas well sites on this tract as well as a gas pipeline that passes under it. Most likely an Environmental Inspection will need to be completed on the property before purchasing through a lender. This tract carries a Buyer’s Premium of 5%.
