The 131-acre Oakland Bridge Tract is primarily an upland pine timberland tract with potential for hunting and recreation in addition to timberland investment. The majority of the acreage was recently harvested and scheduled to be reforested with improved loblolly pine seedlings in the 2016/2017 planting season. With over 4,000 feet of frontage along Hwy 550 and Oakland Bridge Rd, this tract also offers potential for development of small parcels for home sites.
